Build a cash-flow and pricing scenario from only the numbers I provide. Ask for price, variable cost, fixed monthly cost, platform/payment fees, fulfillment hours per sale, monthly capacity, refund or nonpayment assumption, tax reserve assumption, starting cash, and my selected monthly revenue target band. Do not fill missing inputs with optimistic defaults. Show formulas and return an assumption ledger, contribution margin, break-even units, capacity ceiling, minimum sustainable price, and downside/base/upside scenarios. Label every scenario "Projection — not an expected outcome." For each scenario show units required, gross revenue, cash costs, labor hours, and pre-tax remainder. Highlight where the target exceeds capacity or starting cash. Never describe projected revenue as earned, observed, likely, or guaranteed. End with the three inputs that most affect the answer and the next number I should verify. REQUIRED INPUTS 1. Price 2. Variable and fixed costs 3. Fees 4. Hours and capacity 5. Refund and tax assumptions 6. Starting cash 7. Selected target band OUTPUT CONTRACT 1. Assumption ledger 2. Visible formulas 3. Break-even and capacity 4. Three explicitly projected scenarios 5. Sensitivity notes COMPLETION CRITERIA 1. Gross revenue and profit are distinct 2. Missing inputs remain missing 3. Every scenario carries the projection warning
Projected scenarios never appear here as observed outcomes.
