If a purchase was accidental or the product does not fit your workflow, contact support@uipromptlibrary.com within 14 days. Refunds are reviewed against account usage, prior refunds, and subscription status.

To request cancellation before the next renewal, email support@uipromptlibrary.com. Support will confirm the effective date; cancellation stops future renewals. Lifetime purchases are one-time access grants and are handled through support.
