Use this as a UI trust audit before changing code.

Product: an AI customer-support workflow tool for SaaS teams
Audience: support leads and founders deciding whether the product is credible enough to try
Builder or stack: Claude Code, v0, Lovable, or Cursor

Passing trust signals:
- First viewport: A visitor can tell what the product does without reading every line.
- Copy: The copy describes user actions and outcomes instead of vague AI claims.
- Visual system: The visual style would not fit 50 unrelated SaaS products.

Trust gaps to fix:
1. Workflow: Replace filler cards with the actual queue, table, timeline, form, checkout, or review flow the user needs.
2. States: Add state requirements so the UI feels like software that can be built, not a static screenshot.
3. Proof: Add one credible proof point, example record, integration, product state, or buyer objection.
4. Responsive: Define what stays visible first on mobile and which secondary elements collapse or move later.

Revision instructions:
1. Identify the exact sections, components, and copy that make the UI feel generic or AI-generated.
2. Keep the product's primary workflow visible above the fold.
3. Replace vague cards, fake metrics, decorative gradients, and generic AI claims with product-specific UI details.
4. Add required loading, empty, error, selected, disabled, and mobile states where missing.
5. Make the smallest UI changes that improve trust without redesigning unrelated parts of the app.
6. After editing, list what changed and which trust gaps are still unresolved.
